Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Certain products sold by Southend Dog Shop are available on a subscription or recurring purchase basis.

You may cancel or amend your subscription at any time, provided your next order has not already been processed.

To cancel your subscription, change your delivery frequency or make other changes to your recurring order, please contact us at:

Once an order has been processed for dispatch, we may be unable to cancel that individual order. Cancelling your subscription will prevent future recurring orders but will not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched.

Any refund, return or cancellation rights relating to an individual order will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
